In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by The Story Siren. The books you share do not have to be ones you actually received in the mail. They can be ones you bought at the book store, checked out at the library, or downloaded to your e-reader. The idea is just to share what's on your TBR pile for the upcoming week.
Library Loot:
Fat Kid Rules the World (audiobook) by K.L. Going
First the Egg by Laura Vaccaro Seeger
Bought at my library's used book store:
Cornelia and the Audacious Escapades of the Somerset Sisters by Lesley M. M. Blume
Sahara Special by Esme Raji Codell
The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster (one of my all-time favorite children's classics!)
Autobiography of a Face by Lucy Grealy
What did you get in your mailbox this week?
Cornelia and the Audacious Escapades of the Somerset Sisters is a fun book... I'm sure you and your students will enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteGah, I love the cofers on all of these! =) Especially AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF A FACE. Also, I read THE PHANTOM TOLLBOOTH from when I was a kid - it's weird but fantastic, if I remember correctly. Enjoy!
